Appendix C14 Land Requirement Plans (Town Centre Property Plans; Frankton to Queenstown, and Frankton and Ladies Mile Preliminary Land Plans)
Appendix C14 of the NZUP Queenstown Transport Business Case is a set of preliminary land requirement drawings for NZTA (Waka Kotahi). It has three parts: Town Centre property plans (8 sheets, Stantec/Abley, 13 November 2020); Frankton to Queenstown SH6A preliminary land plans (2 sheets, WSP); and Frankton and Ladies Mile preliminary land plans (WSP). Each sheet shows parcels needed on aerial imagery, with a schedule giving reference number, area in hectares, legal description and owner. Categories include land required for the arterial road, non-arterial roads, state highway, local road, the Frankton bus hub, future bus hub expansion and temporary occupation, plus local road proposed to be stopped for exchange. Owners include QLDC, the Department of Conservation, the Crown and private parties. The largest parcels are recreation reserve on the town centre arterial route (e.g. 1.3363 ha and 1.1734 ha) and DoC land at Frankton (0.840 ha and 0.534 ha). The WSP sheets are stamped 'Not approved' and 'Draft for review'. There is no MRT content.
