Appendix C1 Queenstown Town Centre Renders (Queenstown Centre DBC rendered plan sheets)

This is a set of rendered colour concept plans by Jasmax for the Queenstown Centre DBC, dated 2 September 2020 and marked 'Prepared for: NZTA / QLDC'. They form Appendix C1 of the 2020 NZUP Queenstown Detailed Business Case. After a divider and a key plan, plan sheets SK-0001 to SK-0043 (including SK-0019A and a Brecon Street design integration overlay) show proposed street designs across the town centre at 1:250. Sheet 1 shows the Stanley Street public transport hub with bus bays and a passenger lounge, together with Athol, Ballarat, Shotover and Camp Streets. Later sheets cover Marine Parade, Rees, Beach, Shotover and Camp Streets, Lake Esplanade, Stanley, Melbourne and Hallenstein Streets, Brecon and Man Streets, and outer streets. The renders show paving, planting, crossings, bus and parking arrangements. No mass rapid transit, MRT terminal or corridor protection is shown.
