NZUP Queenstown – Appendix C: proposed prioritisation table (March 2023)

Options table attached to the 10 March 2023 NZUP Queenstown memo. It compares six scope options, from the full scope (Zones 1 to 6) down to Zone 3 only, with pros and cons for each. It states the Alliance estimate 'significantly exceeds the allocated baseline budget of $115m' and that the programme was forecast to run at least three years beyond its baseline.
