PC25 Kingston – Transportation Assessment
Traffic Design Group's October 2008 assessment considers the traffic effects of Plan Change 25 at Kingston, on State Highway 6 south of Queenstown. It finds that wider traffic effects would be minor and that local effects can be addressed at subdivision.
